I've always felt like more of a technician than a musician. I am most fascinated by the application of technology to music making. My studio has grown from a pair of junk cassette decks to a whole lot of boxes and devices. It's taken close to 17 years. The songs in this project (completed in 1999) span the entire existence of the studio.

I make no pretense in expecting a lot of people will like this music. I didn't create any of it for you, I created it for me. I have no illusions about this project having even the slightest commercial value. It is much closer to being 'auditory dream interpretation' than any kind of rock or pop or whatever album. I only wanted to, in an organized way, be able to share this with some friends. There are many feelings and thoughts the spoken language cannot express. I feel very fortunate I can occasionally do a little brain dump using sound and music.
